It feels good to be driving to work without the headlights on! Welcome to spring...
Last week I wrote a new document called "Sub-contractors - Rules of the game", to outline what our basic expectations are of any sub-contractor who works for DDB. I have attached this new document for you to read and review and would like your feedback before putting this into use with all of our contractors.
My quote for this week is about the rules of the game and the need to play fair but to play to win?

This week is "National Occupational Health and Safety Week", so I would like you all to stop and think about health and safety in your workplace. Is it as good as it should be and what can be improved?
This week we have a new framing contractor starting the frame at Powderham Rd, and this can be the most dangerous stage of a building project, so it is good timing for us all to focus on site safety and your individual role in making our sites as safe as possible.
