The last three weeks have been pretty hectic and intense for us all, completing and handing over two of the most significant projects DDB has ever done. We should all be very proud of these two projects and not just the quality of the end product, but also the way we delivered them to the clients. Both of the clients have expressed how grateful they are for everyone's diligence and hard work, especially the two site foremen, Shane + Will.

With these two jobs now finished, I have been reflecting on how privileged we are as a team to work on such high quality architect designed projects with great clients. Not many tradesmen or contractors get to consistently work on such great houses.

Each job we take on has it's challenges and tests our capabilities, (Simpson St, definitely ticked several difficulty boxes), but this is vital for us all to individually grow and improve and make our common goal of constant improvement so compelling and rewarding.

So each Team Member please take a bow.
