Hi Team,
Welcome to winter and a very misserable Sunday afternoon. At least it's snowing!
Congratulations to Luke + Bianca on the birth of "Tayla Tessie Demitrios" last weekend. This is the first baby for a DDB team member for quite some time, so we are all thrilled for this wonderful new addition to the extended team.
I have still been thinking a lot about how our core values shape our business culture and therefore how we all operate, and really it all come down to a "state of mind". So this weeks quote speaks to this positive state of mind.

I am looking forward to doing the "Rules Off the Game" performance exercise with you all at tomorrows DDB Team Meeting. I think we will all learn a lot about how well we are all working and living according to our core values and what we need to improve moving forward.
