Finalist MBAV Awards Best Renovation 2009
This contemporay renovation design by BKK Architects was awarded MBAV best Renovation 1$1 million plus . The home had an ultra modern addition of 30 squares to an exsiting heritage home including an underground wine cellar , gymnasium and home theatre, plus a 2 bedroom apartment over a new garage accessed by the back lane.
